Payment Terms

  • Residential services: Payment is due within 7 days of service completion
  • Commercial accounts: Net 30 payment terms available with approved credit
  • Recurring service agreements: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
  • Special projects: 50% deposit required at start, remaining 50% upon completion

Refund Eligibility

We stand behind the quality of our work. Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Services not rendered as agreed
  • Service quality issues reported within 48 hours
