Service Description

Lawnworks LLC provides professional lawn care and landscaping services including but not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial lawn maintenance
  • Seasonal lawn preparation services
  • Irrigation system installation and maintenance
  • Landscape design and installation
  • Tree and shrub care services

Service Agreements

By scheduling our services, you agree to the following:

  • Provide accurate property information and access instructions
  • Ensure safe access to the property for our technicians
  • Notify us of any hazards, underground utilities, or special conditions
  • Pay for services as agreed upon in our quote or service agreement

Scheduling and Cancellation

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee
  • No-show appointments will be charged in full
  • Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional charge

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed:

  • Residential services: Payment due within 7 days of service
  • Commercial accounts: Net 30 payment terms available
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work to address any concerns and make things right. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our clients through quality service.

Liability

Lawnworks LLC maintains liability insurance covering property damage and worker injury. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or vegetation
  • Damage caused by hidden hazards not disclosed to us
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from extreme weather events

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Lawnworks LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
